CEO / CCO (Entrepreneurial Operator – Co-founder Potential)
YOUNG creates flexible, design-led workspaces across Europe. Currently in a turnaround phase, this role focuses on stabilizing, restructuring, and rebuilding the business.
At YOUNG, we are not building a traditional coworking company.
We are building a scalable workspace platform, designed to be:
Lean
Commercially driven
Brand-led
Built by entrepreneurs, not operators
Today, we already operate in the Netherlands and are expanding into Spain, starting with a 6-location cluster in Seville.
This is not a management role.
This is an opportunity to build, scale and own a business within the YOUNG ecosystem.
The Opportunity
You will take the lead in building YOUNG Workspaces into a scalable, profitable platform.
That means:
Filling spaces, not just managing them
Building a commercial engine
Structuring operations that scale
Turning locations into profitable units fast
This role has clear potential to evolve into a co-founder position, based on performance, ownership and long-term commitment.
Your Mission
Drive occupancy and revenue growth across all locations
Build a strong commercial pipeline (B2B, partnerships, communities)
Launch and stabilize new locations (NL + Spain, starting with Seville)
Create a repeatable, scalable playbook for expansion
Ensure each location becomes financially independent
Work closely with the holding (CEO, COO, BD team) on strategy and execution

If spaces are empty, that’s your problem.
If revenue is not growing, that’s your problem.
Profile We’re Looking For
Entrepreneurial mindset, you think like an owner
Strong commercial instinct, you know how to sell and close
Hands-on, you execute fast and don’t wait for perfect conditions
Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity and pressure
Able to operate lean, no need for big teams or big budgets
Experience in coworking, hospitality, real estate or similar is a plus, but not required
Most important:
You take responsibility and make things happen
Location
Based in Valencia or the Netherlands
Willing to travel regularly between locations
