About the Role

Mission: Fill spaces. Generate revenue. Create cash flow.
This role exists to directly solve occupancy and revenue challenges, particularly across:

• Two large locations in The Netherlands

• The commercial integration of six locations in Seville

We are looking for a Revenue Builder & Fixer profile — someone who can sell today and build the system that scales tomorrow.
This is not a presentation-driven strategy role. This is execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute an aggressive occupancy growth plan

• Drive revenue across NL and Seville locations

• Review and optimize pricing, deals, funnels and contracts

• Lead and demand performance from the commercial team

• Be actively present on-site with clients, brokers and partners

• Align commercial strategy across markets

• Build pipeline discipline, conversion tracking and closing performance

• Improve commercial structure while delivering immediate results

Requirements

• Strong commercial leadership experience (hands-on and execution-driven)

• Proven background in B2B sales, flexible real estate, coworking or recurring revenue services

• Demonstrated track record of filling space or selling capacity

• Comfortable operating in imperfect, messy or turnaround environments

• Obsession with pipeline, targets, conversion and closing

• Ability to sell without relying on heavy marketing support

• Experience working in businesses facing financial pressure is highly valued

Conditions

• Location: Preferably Netherlands-based

• Full-time position

• Competitive base salary (standard initial level)

• Compensation scaled over the first 6–12 months

• Long-term incentive structure

• After 6 months, and subject to alignment and performance, equity participation in YOUNG Workspaces may be offered
