The Server / Front of House Support role exists to provide high-quality, direct customer service throughout the guest experience.

This position has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and the smooth execution of daily operations. The role ensures clear communication between guests, kitchen and service staff, contributing to an efficient, organized and professional service environment.

This is a junior-level, hands-on role ideal for someone with prior service experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to guests throughout their visit.

• Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar team.

• Serve food and beverages following timing, presentation and quality standards.

• Answer menu-related questions and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.

• Maintain tables clean, organized and properly set before, during and after service.

• Handle billing and payments accurately according to company procedures.

• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth and coordinated service.

• Collaborate closely with back-of-house staff to maintain service efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (waiter/waitress, bartender, barista or similar), preferably within hospitality or food & beverage environments.

• Fluent Dutch required; English is a strong plus.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures and ability to handle POS systems and payment processes.

• Hands-on, proactive and well-organized profile with strong communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
