The Role

This is a front-line, on-site commercial position.

Your mission is clear: drive occupancy and fill space.

You will be the face of YOUNG Workspaces at location level, interacting daily with prospects, members and internal teams. Seniority is not the priority — energy, presence and the ability to close matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound leasing leads

• Host tours and client meetings on-site

• Close contracts for desks, private offices and team spaces

• Actively drive occupancy and short-term performance

• Collaborate closely with community and operations teams

• Track leasing activity, conversion and occupancy metrics

Who We’re Looking For

• Energetic, hands-on commercial mindset

• Confident and comfortable selling face-to-face

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Enjoys daily client interaction

• Results-driven and comfortable working with KPIs

• Professional presence and ownership mentality

Experience in sales, leasing, real estate, coworking, hospitality or retail is a plus — but not mandatory.

We welcome high-potential candidates with limited experience who demonstrate strong commercial instinct and learning agility.

• Consistent contract closing

• Ownership of occupancy performance
