We are activating the search for a Managing Partner to build and lead a new media vertical within the YOUNG ecosystem.

This is not an operational role.
This is not a content manager position.
This is not a traditional corporate leadership seat.

This is a build-from-scratch opportunity with real upside and real accountability.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to design, launch, and scale a new media vertical that will become a strategic growth engine within the ecosystem.

Initial scope includes:

• Ownership and scaling of YOUNG Startup Awards

• Development of multi-vertical content platforms

• Creation and monetization of podcast formats, including AI-driven formats

• Structuring scalable digital media assets

Core mandate:
Turn media initiatives into profitable, scalable, and defensible revenue-generating assets.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap of the media vertical

• Build commercial models and monetization strategies

• Drive partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue growth

• Launch and iterate fast in an environment without rigid structure

• Operate hands-on while building long-term scalable systems

• Take full ownership of P&L and performance outcomes
