Mission

Operate and scale the YOUNG Startups incubation platform in the Netherlands.

This is not employment.
This is entrepreneurial leadership under the YOUNG framework.

Objective

Source, select and operate high-potential founders through the full YOUNG validation process, maintaining capital discipline, brand integrity and measurable performance standards.

Scope of Responsibility

The Incubation Partner NL holds full end-to-end execution responsibility.

1. Founder Sourcing & Pipeline

• Build a structured top-of-funnel within the Dutch startup ecosystem

• Activate partnerships with founder communities, universities and ecosystem players

• Maintain consistent monthly deal flow

• Ensure alignment with YOUNG vertical focus

2. Screening & Admission

• Conduct structured intake interviews

• Apply YOUNG screening methodology

• Score founders using the agreed evaluation framework

• Prepare selected candidates for Admission Panel

• Decisively reject low-quality applicants

3. Program Operation (Validation / 90-Day Framework)

Full execution ownership of the incubation process:

• Founder onboarding & structured intake

• OKR definition and alignment

• Weekly execution tracking

• Milestone reviews

• Pilot validation tracking

• Revenue and traction monitoring

• Documentation of performance signals

4. Reporting & Governance

• Monthly funnel reporting

• Cohort performance tracking

• Capital discipline reporting

• Brand compliance enforcement

• Quarterly strategic review with Holding

Profile

The Incubation Partner NL must:

• Be an active operator within the ecosystem

• Have real startup execution experience

• Be embedded in the Dutch startup landscape

• Be commercially sharp

• Operate with a true ownership mindset

This is not a facilitator role.
This is an operator mandate.

• Built or scaled a startup

• Experience running accelerator or venture studio programs

• Strong network in the Netherlands (especially Amsterdam / The Hague)

• Cohort execution experience

• High decisiveness

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity

• Corporate program managers without founder experience

• Grant-dependent organizations

• Event-driven ecosystems without performance tracking
