We are now looking for an F&B Operations Lead to strengthen operational performance across our locations and drive measurable EBITDA improvement.
About the Role
This is not a corporate oversight position.
This is a hands-on performance role. As F&B Operations Lead, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, increasing margins, and implementing scalable systems across multiple units. You will work closely with senior leadership and be directly accountable for financial and operational performance.
Your objective is clear:
Improve EBITDA per location
Strengthen KPI discipline
Build scalable operational standards
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence across all F&B units
Improve gross margin and contribution margin
Optimize labor cost structure
Lead supplier negotiations
Implement and standardize SOPs across locations
Establish weekly KPI review processes
Reduce waste and improve cost control
Increase average ticket size and upsell performance
Improve team productivity and accountability
Report performance insights to Holding
Requirements
Strong operational background in F&B (multi-location experience preferred)
Solid understanding of P&L management
Proven experience improving underperforming units
Strong negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset combined with action orientation
Comfortable being on-site and close to operations
Decisive, hands-on leadership style
Able to make tough people and performance decisions
