We are now looking for a Data Manager to build structured reporting discipline and performance visibility across all ventures.

About the Role

As YOUNG Data Manager, your mission is to create clarity across the ecosystem.

You will standardize KPI frameworks, eliminate reporting noise, and build dashboards that enable leadership to make fast, informed decisions.

Your objective is simple:Build clarity. Eliminate noise. Enable decisions.

You will work closely with the COO and venture leaders to ensure consistent reporting standards and early risk detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize KPI frameworks across ventures

• Design and build scalable dashboards

• Establish reporting discipline and cadence

• Identify underperformance patterns early

• Support the COO with clear, concise performance summaries

• Build scalable reporting architecture across the ecosystem

• Improve data consistency and accountability
  
  

Requirements

• Strong analytical background

• Solid business understanding (not purely technical)

• Experience with BI tools and dashboard building

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Clear and structured communicator

• High accountability mindset

Startup or multi-entity environment experience is a strong plus.
