We are now looking for an Acquisition Manager to strengthen and professionalize our sourcing and execution capabilities.

About the Role

As Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for building structured deal flow and executing attractive acquisitions aligned with YOUNG’s platform strategy.

Your objective is clear:

• Create proprietary pipeline

• Underwrite intelligently

• Close smart deals

You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Off-market sourcing and proactive deal origination

• Building and maintaining strong broker networks

• Financial underwriting and modeling

• Preparing investment memos and internal documentation

• Supporting negotiations and transaction structuring

• Coordinating due diligence processes

• Preparing materials for Investment Committee (IC)

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate transactions

• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills

• Commercial instinct and deal sensitivity

• Negotiation capability

• Fast-moving and execution-oriented

• Entrepreneurial mindset

Experience in off-market sourcing is a strong advantage.
