The Role

We are looking for an Editor-in-Chief who is first and foremost a builder.

Someone who understands that modern media is about speed, instinct, consistency and distribution. We operate with an ambulance model: being first, capturing attention, and turning that into reach and impact.

This is not a traditional editorial role. This is a build-and-scale role with full ownership.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the editorial operation of TPO

• Drive a high-tempo news cycle across formats

• Create, source and publish content continuously

• Oversee articles, columns and video output

• Develop formats that increase reach and engagement

• Build momentum, consistency and audience growth

• Work closely with the YOUNG ecosystem
