The Role

You own everything related to finance, funding, and deals.

From cash flow to capital raises.

From bank negotiations to M&A.

You sit at the table. You make it happen.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and steer budgets and cash flow

• Lead fundraising (equity & debt)

• Monitor liquidity and runway

• Negotiate with banks and investors

• Structure:

• equity (STAK)

• loans

• vendor financing

• Drive and support M&A activities

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders

Who You Are

• Strong in corporate finance & dealmaking

• Entrepreneurial and action-oriented

• Solution-driven, not problem-focused

• Experienced in fundraising, structuring, and negotiations

• Comfortable engaging with banks, investors, and stakeholders

• Brings a relevant network

• Thinks in long-term value creation (equity mindset)
